Cyber Security And Challenges Under Cyber Space With Special Reference To Women Users In The State Of Gujarat

The Centre received a fund of Rs. 14,41,000/- in order to carry out a study whose primary objective was to assess the knowledge, awareness and attitude of women internet users with regards to cyber-crimes and to check the effectiveness of the current legal framework for safety of women in the cyber space.

EURO – Expert Project In Collaboration With The University Paris Nanterre

The EURO-EXPERT Project, headed by Prof. Livia Holden, is a research project that looks at use of cultural arguments in connection with rights, more broadly considered as including all kinds of minorities, indigenous people, and cultural heritage in a great variety of cases ranging from criminal law to civil law.

GNLU-CHRI Legal Aid To Persons With Police Custody Project

In collaboration with We Innovate, a policy foundation headed by Advocate Aaditya Bhatt of the Gujarat High Court. This research project focuses on the legal issues and compliances encountered by startups, including tax & GST compliances, contracts to be entered into, and business structure' specific compliances.
